Homes2go is a refreshing new brand in the Cabins and Tiny Homes market. We are based on SH1 at Kauri, 5km north of Kamo and service the surrounding Kaipara, Whangarei and Far North districts including Auckland.

Our subsidiary company Homes2go has all the required equipment to deliver your new Cabin or Tiny Home safely to your site. With todays high numbers of family and whanau returning to their roots, safe and efficient housing is required by many families. KAKAPO30

The well designed KAKAPO30 meets the NZBC for a 30m2 non consented Tiny Home even though it has an overall floor area of 32.5m2. Talk to your consultant to find out how this happens. This additional floor space represents a 9% increase in OA cabin floor area.

This Cabin features 1 generous bedroom which easily fits a King/Queen bed with access to the ensuite bathroom and directly to the Kitchen and living space. It also includes a 5.4m2 attached covered timber landing, plus the option of adding a further 7.2m2 timber deck with 5.4linm of seat type handrail if required.

The Bathroom includes a 1200×900 Acrylic shower cubicle with sliding safety glass door and a full size 750mm Wall Hung or Floor Standing Vanity.

Our KEA21 cabin is commonly referred to as a Self Contained Studio design, with combined living/bedroom space plus a separate ensuite bathroom.

This Cabin features generous living/bedroom space which easily fits a King/Queen bed with access to the separate ensuite bathroom. It also includes a 3.6m2 attached covered timber landing, plus the option of adding a further 7.2m2 of timber decking with 5.4LINM of timber seat type handrail if required. You can also add a 3m x 3.0m attached Awning over the deck. Talk to your Sales Consultant about adding these options to your purchase.

KIWI33

The KIWI33 Cabin has been designed for those families wanting straight forward accommodation space and consists of 2 x bedrooms both capable of containing a queen/king sized bed. The KIWI33 meets the NZBC for a 30m2 non consented Cabin even though it has an overall floor area of 32.5m2. Talk to your consultant to find out what this really means. This additional floor space represents a 9% increase in OA cabin floor area.

This Cabin features a central bathroom accessed off the nook/lobby area. This area could easily include a small 1200 x 600 kitchenette if required. It also includes a 5.4m2 attached covered timber landing, plus the option of adding a further 7.2m2 timber deck with 5.4linm of seat type handrail if required.

Kaipara45th

Our KAIPARA45TH Tiny Home is exactly what the name implies and includes 2 mezzanine sleeping areas accessed by a set of internal stairs and air bridge, with combined ground floor living/bathroom/kitchen/laundry space.

This Tiny Home features generous spaces which would easily accommodate a small family of 3 to 4 people. The kitchen has space for a full sized fridge/freezer and benchtop pantry.

Additional storage cupboards/shelves/drawers can be added under the stairs if you wish. The internal layout can be changed within the current footprint NB: No external dimension changes.

A 7.2m2 attached timber deck with handrail/seat can be added as an option along with a 3m x 3.0m attached Awning over the deck. Talk to your Sales Consultant about adding these options to your purchase.

 KAURI48TH

The KAURI48TH Tiny Home is the second plan in our Tiny Homes series and includes an 8m2 Timber landing across the front of the building. This Home has 2 separate double bedrooms capable of fitting a Queen or King Sized bed. It contains a separate ensuite/bathroom with dual access, combined living/kitchen/dining space. The generous sized bathroom/ensuite includes a 1200×900 shower cubicle with sliding glass door and a full sized 750mm vanity (either floor standing or Wall hung).

This Tiny Home features generous spaces which would easily accommodate a small family of 3 to 4 people. The kitchen has space for a full sized fridge/freezer, underbench microwave, Underbench Gas oven with 4 burner Gas hob/rangehood. Also includes a Laminated Acacia timber storage shelf across the top of the window and as a breakfast bar top to use for family dining (4 pax).

Additional storage cupboards/shelves/drawers have been added to each Bedroom, White builtin Melteca Wardrobe cabinets (2 per bedroom) containing 4 drawers and 3 open shelves with a connecting laminated Acacia timber storage shelf across the top of the windows between the Wardrobe units.
